England squad for friendlies against Germany and Netherlands

Following is the England squad named by manager Roy Hodgson here on Thursday for their Euro 2016 warm-up games against Germany and the Netherlands.

English Premier League leaders' midfielder Danny Drinkwater has been called up for the first time.

Tottenham full-back Danny Rose and Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge are also included in a 24-man squad.

England travel to Berlin to face world champions Germany on Saturday, March 26, then host the Dutch at Wembley on Tuesday, March 29.
