Rockets outscore visiting Grizzlies

Thanks to the wonderful performance by Donatas Motiejunas, Trevor Ariza and James Harden, the Houston Rockets won against the injury-ravaged Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night at the Toyota Center by the heavy score of 130-81.

The Rockets, which won for the fourth time in five games, needed a big win to further boost their confidence and they did get their wish on Monday night. Donatas Motiejunas had 18 points, Trevor Ariza got 16 points and James Harden scored 15 points with eight assists and seven rebounds.

Jarell Martin led the Grizzlies with 17 points and his teammate Matt Barnes added 14 points.

The Rockets led 65-41 at the half time, and they easily beat the visiting team in the second half. In fact, it looked to be a one-horse race for much of the time, with the Rockets coasting to an 49-point lead.

Currently, the Rockets improved to 34-33 while the the Grizzlies fell to 39-28. Endit
