Spanish stock market rises 0.57 pct, closes at 9,142 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.57 percent on Monday to close at 9,142.70 points, up from the 9,090.60 points of Friday.

ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 2.97 percent, followed by Aena, Mapfre, Banco Popular and Gamesa that rose 2.37 percent, 2.30 percent, 1.80 percent and 1.56 percent respectively.

Indra shares led falls losing 1.32 percent, followed by OHL, Tecnicas Reunidas, ACS and Ferrovial that lost 1.23 percent, 0.65 percent, 0.47 percent and 0.43 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 119.1 points, which was slightly below the 121.2 points of Friday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.47 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Friday. Endit
