LME base metals increase on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 80 U.S. dollars, or 1.65 percent, to 4,941 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 17 U.S. dollars, or 1.09 percent, to 1,574 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 27 U.S. dollars, or 1.47 percent, to 1,861 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 31.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.77 percent, to 1,813 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 100 U.S. dollars, or 1.14 percent, to 8,862.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 375 U.S. dollars, or 2.30 percent, to 16,700 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
