Clashes reported in Tunisian town bordering Libya

Tunisian security forces engaged clashed with suspected terrorists early Monday near the Libyan borders, local media reported.

The clashes broke out when a group of gunmen attempted to attack a military barracks in Ben Guerdane, a border town near Libya, the reports said.

There were initial reports of casualties in the clashes, which were still continuing. Endit
