Xinhua, March 5, 2016 Adjust font size:

China will ease the criteria for foreign technical talents applying for permanent residence in the country, according to the draft outline of a five-year plan released Saturday.

The country will encourage human resources exploitation and talent introduction, carry out more active, open and effective talent imports policies, and improve the system for foreigners taking China as permanent resident country, said the draft outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) on national economy and social development submitted to the national legislature for examination.

The draft also said China will provide more convenient and efficient services for foreigners working in the country.

More international students will be invited to study in China, and Chinese talents will be recommended to work in international organizations, according to the draft. Endi
