Urgent: China sets five-year average annual growth above 6.5 pct

China unveiled a draft outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan on national economy and social development on Saturday, expecting an average annual economic growth of above 6.5 percent from 2016 to 2020.

The 6.5-percent annual growth rate in a five-year period has been the lowest for over three decades. The draft will be submitted to the annual session of the National People's Congress for review. Endi
