Dollar just above 112 yen line in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands just above the 112 yen line early on Thursday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 112.09-13 yen compared with 112.13-23 yen in New York and 112.11-13 in Tokyo at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.1013-1015 dollars and 123.44-46 yen against 1.1007-1017 dollars and 123.48-58 yen in New York and 1.0998-0999 dollars and 123.30-34 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Endit
