Dollar at upper 112 yen level early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands at the upper 112 yen level in early Tokyo trading Tuesday.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 112.96-97 yen compared with 112.88-98 yen in New York and 112.87-89 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro traded at 1.1025-1026 dollars and 124.54-55 yen against 1.1025-1035 dollars and 124.51-61 yen in New York and 1.1086-1087 dollars and 125.13-17 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Enditem
