LME base metals mostly increase on Friday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) mostly closed higher on Friday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 6.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.14 percent, to 4,587.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 34 U.S. dollars, or 2.24 percent, to 1,551 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 4 U.S. dollars, or 0.23 percent, to 1,727 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 41 U.S. dollars, or 2.43 percent, to 1,726 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 125 U.S. dollars, or 1.50 percent, to 8,462.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 100 U.S. dollars, or 0.64 percent, to 15,800 U.S. dollars a tonne. Enditem
