Urgent: U.S. stocks end lower as oil shaves gains

U.S. stocks drifted lower after wavering in a tight range Thursday,as oil prices pared early gains amid worries about a global supply glut.

The Dow fell 0.25 percent, and the S&P 500 lost 0.47 percent, while the Nasdaq decreased 1.03 percent. Endit
