1st LD-Writethru: Former senior Party official indicted for alleged bribe-taking

Wang Min, a former Standing Committee member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Shandong Provincial Committee, has been indicted for alleged bribe-taking, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) said Monday.
Prosecutors in Ningbo City in eastern Zhejiang Province filed the case against Wang with the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court, the SPP said.
Wang also served as Party chief of Jinan City, capital of Shandong in east China.
Wang took advantage of his positions, which also included deputy secretary-general and secretary-general of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee as well as head of the provincial committee's Publicity Department, to seek benefits for others and accepted a huge amount of bribes, according to the indictment.
The CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) announced Wang was under investigation for suspected serious discipline and law violations in December 2014. Endi
