At least nine people were killed in a train collision in the southern German state of Bavaria on Tuesday, said the local police in the latest press release.

A train collision on Tuesday morning has also resulted in 18 serious injuries, and around 90 were severely injured, as the local police announced. (Germany-Train Collision)

RAMADI -- A total of 34 Islamic State (IS) militants were killed in air strikes by Iraqi and U.S.-led coalition aircraft and artillery shelling in Iraq's western province of Anbar, a provincial security source told Xinhua.

The international aircraft carried out an air strike on IS positions in a village near the town of Baghdadi, some 190 km northeast of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, leaving 22 IS militants killed and three of their vehicles destroyed, the source said on condition of anonymity. (Iraq-Air Strikes)

ISLAMABAD -- Two pilots were killed when a trainer plane of Pakistan army aviation crashed into the country's east Gujranwala district on Tuesday evening, a military statement said.

The statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the mouthpiece of Pakistani army, said that the trainer "Mushshak" aircraft was on its routine flight when it crashed in the Gujranwala district of the country's east Punjab province. (Pakistan-Plane Crash)

GAZA -- The Islamic Hamas movement announced Tuesday that a member of its military wing Al-Qassam Brigades died in a tunnel that collapsed in the Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam brigades said in a press statement that Marwan Barham Ma'rouf, 27 years old, from the southern Gaza town of Khan Younis, died in the tunnel collapse without disclosing information about the incident or the tunnel location. (Palestine-Tunnel Collapse) Endi
