Spanish stock market rises 1.85 pct, closes at 8,468 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 1.85 percent on Thursday to close at 8,468.10 points, up from the 8,314.50 points of Wednesday.

On Thursday session, Sacyr shares led rises climbing 11.14 percent, followed by OHL, ArcelorMittal, Acerinox, FCC and Repsol that rose 10.54 percent, 10.11 percent, 9.03 percent, 6.83 percent and 6.74 percent respectively.

On the other hand, IAG shares led falls losing 3.03 percent, followed by Gas Natural, Ferrovial, Acciona, Inditex and Iberdrola that lost 1.90 percent, 1.20 percent, 1.18 percent, 0.89 percent and 0.74 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 134.50 points, up from the 127.50 points of Wednesday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.6 percent. Endit
