Urgent: Russia suspects Turkey of preparing for invading Syria

Russia had serious grounds to suspect Turkey of intensive preparations for military intrusion into Syrian territory, the Defense Ministry said on Thursday.

"We are registering an increasing number of signs of the Turkish armed forces' hidden preparations for active operations on the territory of Syria," the Tass news agency quoted the ministry's spokesman Igor Konashenkov as saying. Endi
