The "Wolves" have completed the signing of Brazilian striker Bruno Henrique, the Bundesliga club confirmed via the club's official homepage on Saturday.

The 25-year-old striker has put pen to paper on a contract until June 2020 and is said to replace injured Dutchman Bas Dost with immediate effect. Both sides agreed to keep silence over further contract details.

"With the commitment of Bruno Henrique we make our offence more variable. We have to integrate him into the team as soon as possible," Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking said.

The new arrival joined from Brazilian outfit Goias Esporte Clube where he scored 12 goals in 49 appearances since his arrival in January 2015. He received the jersey No. 16 at his new club.

"I am very happy to be here. It was always my dream to play in Germany. The Bundesliga is one of the strongest leagues in the world. I will give everything to integrate quickly so that I can help the team very soon," Henrique said.
