Urgent: U.S. dollar falls on downbeat data

The U.S. dollar declined against most major currencies on Thursday as the country's economic data for durable goods orders came out worse than expected.

In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.0958 dollars from 1.0900 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 118.78 Japanese yen, higher than 118.70 yen of the previous session. Endit
