Urgent: Chinese Zoomlion confirms buyout bid to U.S. Terex

Chinese machinery maker Zoomlion said on Wednesday night that it has offered an acquisition bid to the board of Terex Corporation in a bid to expand its presence outside China.

Zoomlion said the deal is still in discussion and it would pursue it actively. Endit
