Robinho set for Santos return

Xinhua, January 25, 2016 Adjust font size:

Former Real Madrid, Manchester City and AC Milan winger Robinho is set to return to Brazilian club Santos, according to media reports.

Robinho is a free agent after ending a six-month spell with China's Guangzhou Evergrande in December.

Santos have offered the 31-year-old a monthly salary of about 150,000 US dollars, according to the Globoesporte news portal.

Robinho began his career at Santos and has since returned for two more spells, the most recent of which ended last June.

He has been capped 101 times since his international debut in 2002, scoring 30 goals. Endi
