Brazilian playmaker joins Tianjin Quanjian

Xinhua, January 22, 2016 Adjust font size:

Brazilian midfielder Geuvanio has signed a four-year deal with Chinese second-tier outfit Tianjin Quanjian, according to media reports on Thursday.

The 23-year-old will be officially unveiled by his new club on Saturday in the Brazilian city of Atibaia, where the team is currently on a pre-season training camp.

Tianjin Quanjian paid 11 million euros for the Santos playmaker's signature.

Geuvanio is the third Brazilian to join Tianjin Quanjian since December, following former Selecao internationals Luis Fabiano and Jadson.

They are coached by former Brazil and Real Madrid manager Vanderlei Luxemburgo. Endit
