Xinhua, January 21, 2016 Adjust font size:

Two other people have been arrested in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean in Brussels after police searches conducted Wednesday and Thursday, the Belgian federal prosecutor's office announced in a statement Thursday.

Zakaria J., a Belgian citizen, and Mustafa E., a Moroccan national, are the names of the detained individuals.

According to the federal prosecutor, "These two people were arrested for their alleged links with various individuals implicated in the Paris attacks."

According to the local newspaper Le Soir, a judge will decide on Thursday whether the two men should be remanded in custody.

The federal prosecutor said no weapons or explosives were found during both searches.

So far, 10 people have been arrested in Belgium with links to the Paris terror attacks, mostly for logistical support or for aiding Salah Abdeslam, the prime suspect of the attacks of Paris, who is still at large. Endit
