CPC city committee secretary under investigation

Chen Xuefeng, secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) committee of the city of Luoyang, is being investigated for "severe disciplinary violation," according to the top anti-graft authority.

Chen is also a member of the standing committee of the CPC committee of central China's Henan Province, in which the city is located, said a statement released Saturday by the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. Endi
