Albanian economic sentiment indicator grew by 0.1 pct in Q4 2015

The economic sentiment indicator of Albania increased by 0.1 percent in the last quarter of 2015, informed on Friday the business and consumer confidence survey.

The Bank of Albania reported that the trade and businesses finance has improved but the increase of confidence was undermined by the reduction of employment in relation to the previous quarter.

This year, the improvements in the construction sector, are being reflected in the businesses confidence.

Confidence indicator continued to improve in the fourth quarter, increasing by 6.8 percent and now stands on the long-term average.

The increase of confidence was supported by the significant improvement in demand, production and employment sector, concluded the declaration made by the Bank of Albania. Endit
