China's Hainan Airlines will open its non-stop service between Los Angeles and the central China city of Changsha in China, the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) said Thursday.

An inaugural ceremony will be held on Jan. 21, the first day the route opened between the biggest city on the U.S. west coast and the capital city of China's Hunan province.

The airport said the flight marks the first Hainan Airline service at LAX. The airline also offers services between China and Chicago, Boston, and Seattle. Endi
