Hong Kong-based firm launches premium lounge at Cambodian capital's airport

The Hong Kong-based Plaza Premium Group, a world-class premium airport services provider, on Monday launched a Plaza Premium Lounge at the Phnom Penh international airport.

Song Hoi-see, founder and chief executive officer of Plaza Premium Group, said it was the first premium lounge that the company operated in Cambodia.

"As the pioneer and industry leader in providing premium airport services, we have a tradition of striving for quality excellence, delivering outstanding customer service to travelers and complementing their pleasant and enjoyable airport experience,"he said.

The premium lounge offers innovative services to travelers looking for airport value-added arrangements including meet and greet service and spa and shower facilities.

"The Plaza Premium Lounge will contribute to facilitating the air traveling of all passengers and especially, contribute to developing tourism in Cambodia,"Cambodian Tourism Minister Thong Khon said.

The Cambodia Airports appointed the Plaza Premium Group to design and operate airport lounges at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports in March last year.

The premium lounge at the Siem Reap international airport is expected to be opened by the end of this year. Endit
