Chinese table tennis team undergoing military drill to prepare for Rio Olympics

The Chinese table tennis team kicked off their preparations for the Rio Olympic Games with a week-long training at a People's Liberation Army boot camp in north China's Liaoning province.

   "The military-style discipline will help reinforce the team's unity and temper their willpower," said head coach Liu Guoliang.

   Liu said trials will be held to select the players for the Rio Olympics after the national team reutrn to Beijing.
