Bordeaux player Nicolas Pallois has been banned for three months for shoving a referee during a 2-2 French first division league draw against Rennes, the French Professional Football League (LFP) announced on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old defender lost his temper and shoved the assistant referee after a penalty was awarded to Rennes.

The LFP said the player would be suspended until February 22, 2016. Endi
