Dollar trades in mid-122 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded at the mid-122 yen level early Friday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 122.49-50 yen compared with 122.50-60 yen in New York and 122.42-44 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.0841-0842 dollars and 132.79-80 yen against 1.0821-0831 dollars and 132.64-74 yen in New York and 1.0854-0856 dollars and 132.88-92 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Enditem
