LME base metals close mixed on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed mixed on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 23.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.51 percent, to 4,592.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 16.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.12 percent, to 1,489 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 39.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.30 percent, to 1,678.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.66 percent, to 1,504 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 87.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.01 percent, to 8,750 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price maintained at 14,675 U.S. dollars a tonne. Enditem
