Chinese shares open higher Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.33 percent to open at 3,522.09 points.

The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.3 percent higher at 12,533.11 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, gained 0.53 percent to open at 2,760.26 points. Endi
