Anhui, Herzegovina teams win in international basketball tournament in China

Anhui Wenyi, the runners-up of China's second-tier league NBL, defeated Africa's All-Star team 112-106 in an international basketball tournament here on Friday.

   Anhui's Cun Shouwei scored a match-high 24 points, Zhang Yong had 23 points, Li Jian contributed 21 points and Yang Wenbo added 12 points. Anhui team hit 12 three-pointers, twice as many as their opponents.

   The tournament, slated for Dec. 11-13, also feature Herzegovina's national side and NBA Development League All-Star team. The four teams will play round-robin matches.

   In the other game on Friday, Herzegovina's national side beat NBA Development League All-Star team 104-97.  Endi
