Mexico beats Haiti 5-0 in women's U-20 CONCACAF qualifying tournament

Mexican women's U-20 national soccer team beat Haiti 5-0 in the CONCACAF (Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football) qualifying tournament for New Guinea 2016, local press reported on Monday.

   According to Mexican sports daily La Aficion, with this result Mexico became leader of Group B with four points. The game was played on Monday in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

   Katty Martinez scored in the 12th and 88th minutes, Maria Sanchez netted on 31 and 77 minutes, and Rebeca Bernal in the 84th minute.

   Group B also includes the United States, who has only one point, and Panama, who has zero. Next Wednesday Mexico will face Panama and Haiti will play against the United States.

   Group A includes Canada, Honduras, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. Endi
