A stabbing at a Tube station in east London is being treated as a "terrorist incident," the Metropolitan Police said.
Police were called at 19:06 to reports of several people being stabbed at Leytonstone Underground station. The male suspect was reportedly threatening other people with a knife. According to report, the man who apparently shouted "this is for Syria" has been arrested after stabbing a commuter. (London-Stabbing)

PARIS -- China is going to strengthen cooperation with the European Union (EU) on the construction of the carbon market, with an aim to launch the carbon emission trading market nationwide in 2017, said Xie Zhenhua, China's special representative on climate change here on the sidelines of the ongoing COP21 on Saturday.
As the biggest developing country around the world, China is still faced with some special challenges in establishing a carbon market nationwide, but China is determined to do so, and is willing to cooperate with the EU on this, said Xie.(China-EU-Carbon market)

WASHINGTON -- The launch of the Cygnus cargo ship to the International Space Station (ISS) has been rescheduled to Sunday due to bad weather, U.S. space agency NASA said Saturday.
The launching mission will be operated by the private U.S. space firm Orbital ATK. It's the third time for Orbital ATK to delay the cargo delivery mission. Thick clouds and high winds have forced NASA to scrap the first two launch attempts at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in the U.S. state of Florida Thursday and Friday. (U.S.-Cargo ship-ISS)

BAKU -- Authorities in Azerbaijan on Saturday confirmed that one worker was killed and 30 others were missing after a fire swept through an oil rig of Azerbaijan on the Caspian Sea.
Rescue efforts are underway to find those still missing in the fire that began Friday evening after a gas pipeline on the platform was damaged in heavy wind. A criminal investigation has been launched into the accident. (Azerbaijan-Oil rig)

BAGHDAD -- The Iraqi President Fuad Masoum said on Saturday that the presence of Turkish troops inside Iraq is a "violation" to the norms and international law, calling on Turkey to withdraw its troops.
