Conca is not leaving Shanghai

Xinhua, December 4, 2015 Adjust font size:

Dario Leonardo Conca is having a great time and won't leave China, Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG said in a statement on Friday, denying reports that the Argentine midfielder will move to Brazil.

Brazilian media reported that Palmeiras planned to sign Conca with an offer of 2.5 million U.S. dollars, half of what he made in Shanghai.

The 32-year-old star, who joined SIPG in January, helped the club finish second in the 2014-2015 season and qualify for the AFC Champions League.

Conca played for Guangzhou Evergrande in 2011-2013. Endi
