Indian stocks close lower

Indian stocks slipped on Friday after a less-than-expected stimulus from the European Central Bank.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 25,638.11, 248.51 points or 0.96 percent down from previous close of 25,886.62, with a turnover of 522.61 crore rupees (about 78.2 million U.S. dollars). Endit
