Chinese shares open mixed Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Wednesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.06 percent to open at 3,614.07 points.

The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.01 percent higher at 12,696.13 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, lost 0.09 percent to open at 2,813.51 points. Endi
