Serial rapist suspect caught in north China

Xinhua, November 22, 2015 Adjust font size:

The police in north China's Hebei Province said on Sunday that they have caught a man suspected of raping six school girls.

The suspect, a 50-year-old man, allegedly forced the victims with a knife.

He either tailed a girl who was walking alone or lied that he was just offering a ride, Hebei police said.

A school girl was raped in September in Hebei and police investigation led to the suspect, surnamed Duan, and linked him with other five rapes in Beijing and Hebei since 2009.

The case is still being investigated, the police said. Endi
