Gunmen shot dead female gov't employee in Kabul

Unidentified gunmen shot dead a woman in the Afghan capital in the morning rush hour on Wednesday, local media reported.

Two people riding a motorbike opened fire on the female government employee at around 9:00 a.m. local time (0430 GMT), killing her on the spot and fled the scene.

Police have yet to make comment.

However, her brother, also a government employee, called upon the government to identify and bring to justice all those involved in the murder. Enditem
