Dollar in lower 123 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 123 yen zone in early trading on Tuesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 123.26-30 yen compared with 123.12-22 yen in New York and 122.63-64 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro meanwhile fetched 1.0687-0688 dollars and 131.73-75 yen against 1.0681-0691 dollars and 131.56-66 yen in New York and 1.0751-0753 dollars and 131.84-88 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Endit
