Dollar changing hands in lower 123 yen zone in early trade Monday

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 123 yen zone in early trading on Monday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 123.22-23 yen compared with 123.10-20 yen in New York and 121.87-89 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. on Friday.

The euro meanwhile fetched 1.0728-0729 dollars and 132.20-23 yen against 1.0732-0742 dollars and 132.32-42 yen in New York and 1.0873-0874 dollars and 132.51-55 yen in later trade here on Friday afternoon. Enditem
