Urgent: Xi says China-Vietnam relations have strategic importance

The China-Vietnam relations have transcended the scope of bilateral relationship and have strategic importance, Chinese President Xi Jinping said here Friday.

Xi arrived here on Thursday for his first state visit to Vietnam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong and Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang. Endi
