Urgent: China unveils guideline on reforming state-owned asset management

The State Council, or China's cabinet, unveiled a guideline on reforming the management of the country's colossal state-owned assets, specifying the ways of establishing a state-asset investment firm and restructuring the state capital.

The guideline was a supportive document for another State Council guideline on deepening the reforms of the state-owned enterprises released in September. Endi
