Chinese president's envoy to attend Belarusian president's inauguration

A special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko's inauguration ceremony Friday.

The envoy is Zhong Shan, China International Trade Representative and vice minister of commerce, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced Monday.

Lukashenko will start his fifth term as president as he won the fifth presidential election of Belarus in 21 years last month. Endi
