Myanmar to play in regional women's soccer event

Myanmar will field its under-21 women's squad to a three-team regional soccer tournament next month.

The event, to be held in Vietnam from Nov. 5 to Nov. 8, will see Myanmar, China's Hong Kong and the Philippines compete in a single round robin format.

A total of 20 women players will be selected from the team which has been under training since Oct. 3. Endite
