China publishes CPC key meeting communique

The communique issued on Thursday after the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has been published by the People's Publishing House and sold nationwide.

It contains the full text of the communique and an editorial published in Friday's edition of state mouthpiece the People's Daily.

The meeting, which was held from Monday to Thursday, adopted proposals for economic and social development in the 13th Five-year Plan (2016 to 2020). Endi
