Xinhua, October 29, 2015 Adjust font size:

Three new members filled vacancies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Thursday after former members were expelled from the Party.

The three new members are Liu Xiaokai, Chen Zhirong and Jin Zhenji, according to a communique released after the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.

Liu is head of the united front work department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, while Chen and Jin heads of the political and legal affairs commissions of CPC Hainan and Jilin provincial committees respectively.

The three officials replaced Ling Jihua, Zhou Benshun and Yang Dongliang, who were all expelled from the Party for serious discipline violations. Endi
