Chinese President Xi Jinping started talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron on Wednesday afternoon at 10 Downing Street.

Xi is in London for the first state visit to Britain by a Chinese leader in 10 years. The European country has pledged to be China's best friend in the West.

The president received a grand royal reception and addressed both houses of the British Parliament on Tuesday. Endi
