Dollar hovers around 120 yen range in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded around the 120 yen line in early Tokyo trading Friday, slightly higher from its level in New York overnight.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.95-120.03 yen compared with 119.89-99 yen in New York and 119.80-82 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1284-1288 dollars and 135.35-36 yen against 1.1271-1281 dollars and 135.22-32 yen in New York and 1.1290-1291 dollars and 135.26-30 yen in Tokyo late on Thursday afternoon. Endi
