Among the over 900 observers, 344 come from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), while 382 are from the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Besides, 68 observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, 9 observers from the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly and 7 observers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization were accredited.

Nineteen observers from the election authorities of foreign countries, 64 observers from the diplomatic corps, and 17 independent international observers will monitor the country's presidential elections on Oct. 11.

According to a resolution of the election committee, international observers are entitled to monitor the early voting, hold recounts, and observe the distribution of the ballot papers and the voting process.

In addition, foreign observers can ask the committee to provide information about the results of the vote count. Endi
