A day before world leaders meet to adopt the Sustainable Development Goals, the chair of the Group of 77 and China called for international negotiations to listen to the voices of developing countries.

RIYADH -- Saudi Arabia said the death toll in Thursday's stampede in Mina, neighboring the holy city Mecca, is expected to rise, Al Arabiya local news channel reported.

LJUBLJANA -- Slovenian authority on Thursday confirmed that Hungary has started building a barbed wire fence along its border, in a continuation of a policy aimed at stopping illegal migration.
